Other Help 

 

There are many agencies that offer help to those in need.

They can be found at www.211ct.org or by calling “211”.  Calling 211 can also provide information about local pantries, SNAP benefits, and other needs like shelter, crisis intervention, medical needs, and more.

 

If you need support for mental health, call 988.  

 

CT Foodshare provides a mobile pantry.  Text “foodshare” to 85511 for updates or check www.CTfoodshare.org for the calendar.  United Way of SE Connecticut also provides a mobile food truck.
